Repurposing the hard stuff !
After granulation, we micronize soft materials into fine powders using our patented technology.
Powders are then separated into clean material categories using air classification and or electrostatic separation.
Powders are repurposed into new products as fillers, pellets, or further processed into virgin materials using third party technologies.

Less than 5% of soft PVC globally is recycled!
Soft PVC Tarpaulins
After granulation, soft PVC / PET tarpaulin material is micronized using our patented technology.
Powder is then separated into clean material categories using air classification and or electrostatic separation.
Powders are used in new products or compounded and pelletized.
Novel technology is currently under development to enable the removal of superplasticizers from Soft PVC.
Less than 7 % of recycled tyres are reused in the manufacture of new tyres.
Tyre Crumb
Tyre rubber crumb supplied by trye recyclers is micronized using our patented technology without the need for Cryogenic freezing.
Sub 100 micron rubber powder is then able to be used to manufacture new tyres and other higher value added products in it’s vulcanized form.
Novel devulcanization technology is currently under development to give our powdered rubber new chemical bonding properties with virgin materials.
Less than 5% of polyurethane foams are recycled globally every year.
PU Foam
After granulation, Thermoset foams are micronized using our patented technology without the need for Cryogenic freezing.
Powder is then separated into particle sizing down to 10 microns to be used as fillers in new products.
Novel technology is currently under development to give our powdered PU foams new chemical bonding properties with virgin materials.
Less than 8% of carpets are recycled globally every year.
Textiles
After granulation, Textiles are cleaned and then micronized using our patented technology.
Powder is then separated into clean material categories using air classification and or electrostatic separation.
Powders are used in new products or compounded and pelletized.
